Dear Sir, 
I am very pleased with the work you did for me.  The young man who came to my home was very helpful.  He took me downtown to Home Hardware where we chose lighting for the kitchen or at least he made suggestions which worked out perfectly.  You are lucky having such a pleasant employee.  
We are a small complex (just 12 units) and I will certainly let everyone know about B Connected Electrical.
